Our goal was to migrate blog posts with meta tags, images, coments etc. from shopware to wordpress. It worked great from the start.
After the first migration I noticed some details that I wanted to change, like the folder structure for the images in the target website. Also the migration tool needed some adjustments so that german special characters would be migrated in post URLs exactly as they were in the source store. So I contacted the support and they changed the settings and everything worked to complete satisfaction. Also, support was very fast, on point and friendly.
It did exactly what I hoped for. To be honest, I did not think that a migration would be that easy. Great tool, great support. I recommend it.
I had a bad experience with another company and so I had a lot of pre-sale questions about their tool and migration. The sales/support on Whatsapp was great. They answered every single pre-sale questions. My demo migration was successfull followed by 3 full migrations for 3 sites all in a matter of hours. The tool worked flawlessly for our WP EasyCart to WooCommerce transfer. I was skeptical with using a 3rd party plugin/service for this step but it was easy to use.
Great guys, easy to follow instructions. Time scale was a bit off - but can be adjusted according to the servers props, once you know that it goes faster, either way everything was migrated as expected.
Support team was always there and easy to reach. Helped out to modify the migration tool as asked.
