The service does exactly what it claims it does. I used it to upgrade PrestaShop site to a newer version. The best feature is that Next-Cart allows you to re-migrate your store as many times as you need for 12 months without any extra charge. And let's be honest, it never works perfectly on the first try.
The transfer from Shopify to Prestashop had problems but it was solved properly.
