I don't tend to leave a lot of reviews but I had to in this instance. I found Next-Cart whilst looking for a ShopWired to WooCommerce migration solution. This service seemed to be one of few that offered ShopWired as an option. I was sceptical about how well the service would work and thought for sure that there would be tweaking needed by me afterwards or possibly extra support by them. However I am pleasantly, really surprised and happy! The service worked perfectly. Everything is as it should be with orders, customers, coupons and products perfectly migrated. The whole process was easy to follow and only took 30 minutes. And the pricing was very fair! This service has saved me time and money and I am extremely grateful and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thank you so much!
There are, unfortunately, some problems with the migration... Now you may wonder why I still give 5 stars: That is simply because even tho there are still problems with our migration, the support answers super fast and is really helpful! Even MONTHS after the migration! They have never said "no, we don't do that" - they fix every problem until I'm satisfied. Plus, they migrate as often as I need it. You don't see such a good service that often anymore. So thanks to the whole team!
Really great experience with migration from Magento 1 to Woo
I tried to migrate my cart with Lit who just flat out said they couldn't. Then I tried Cart 2(to) Cart and they supposedly couldn't log in to my old website admin using the credentials I gave the other 2 who could? Then Cart inferred they did get in and need tech review which took 2 days and responded can't login still?
OKAY, Next-Cart, took 20 minutes to review with someone , Martin and Harry staying in constant touch by the message board, they answered my 2 or 3 concerns and recommended what worked better with my old cart between BigC and SPFY. THEN, they set up my new Cart with the new cart provider using their own account and they arranged my payment, support ticket for migration and exactly what I should do at my end. NOT a single concern about migrating from my old cart to the new one. A day later I checked and all was done and login and PW for the new cart was in my email and EVERYTHING in my cart got migrated so I spent little time tweaking the new cart. Next-Cart is so commendable for how organized and efficient they were. In this day and age when more companies leave you on your own for service with forums and generic help, these guys held my hand and walked me home!
