Worked flawlessly, saved me weeks - if not months - of manual data entry. It would not work for me at first and within 10 minutes of opening a ticket, they updated the tool to allow it to work. Will definitely use them again.

There are a couple of gaps in the migration from OC2 to OC3, but Harry took care of most of these. The most glaring gap is that downloadable products do not transfer, but that was easy enough to do. Also, rewards points didn't transfer from OC2 to OC3.
Very helpful with my migration. Made it so I didn't have to babysit while it was happening. Highly recommended.

About transferring fields and Data... Amazing ! Fast and easy to use.
However... 2 things
A) Was not clear before purchase that the service is good only for 1 URL (outbound)
B) After proceeding with Data transfer I could not access my Home page. 502 error code but I'm unable to show that it was created by the tool. I asked for support... Got it but issue was never resolved.
I stopped my follow-up since I had to move on with my project and continued manually my transfer work.
Possible to try it again in a certain future but not at this moment.
Got Support back for my issue. It was really appreciated however I had to move fast for my project and was forced to install new version of my website on another URL. Now 4 stars...
