Competent, quick, polite - top dollar support and service. Had an issue with my hosting, but "Martin" fixed it with the speed of light. Not a problem caused på next cart. Martin even took a look in mysql and php and found out what was up and down.
Really greatfull of that kind of support for that litlle an amount for a plugin.

We've been doing test migrations for two weeks now, and each time something slips or goes missing so we've ended up repeating them over and over. It's been pretty frustrating. Our product catalog is pretty simple.
It's hard when you have to wait days in between test migrations, and you have other developers on the clock waiting for the migration to finally complete so they can move ahead on their parts....
Low marks so far for slowness and sloppiness.
I really hope someone will reach out to finally solve this and I can upgrade this review!

After posting my initial review, Next-Cart reached out immediately and took care of the issues. They worked diligently to make sure the transfer went perfectly. Final result: We are very pleased and would now recommend them, especially for the reasonable cost and speedy response to our complaint. If you feel at all that your migration isn't proceeding smoothly, just reach out and they will fix it.
We moved a client from a very old version of OpenCart to the latest WooCommerce, we tested with the WooCommerce free plugin and them moved onto the full paid version. It was all seamless and worked perfectly first time.
Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
With Next-Cart I solved all the problems of a data migration between two stores. The software is easy to use and the license allows for multiple migrations.

I was having trouble migrating an old Jigoshop site to WooCommerce and Next-Cart is the only solution that worked for me. It isn't perfect - variable products didn't migrate perfectly so there was still some manual work involved - but overall it saved me a full day of work. And the support was excellent, very responsive and helpful.

The only downside was that Product attributes were not transferred correctly or the documentation on how to transfer them wasn't very clear, especially when you're using a translation platform like WPML. Everything else worked smooth.
Excellent service and the best customer service you can ask for. I am still working with them on finalizing the migration, but Harry from the dev team has been phenomenal and has helped even during late night hours.
