Your price depends on three things: the Entity Points Plan required for your data volume, the Migration Service you choose, and any optional Add-ons. Standard Migration and Managed Migration use tiered Entity Points Plans. Custom Migration is quoted separately because the final price depends on your specific data and rules.
Only four data types are counted:
Other supported standard data, such as categories, reviews, coupons, CMS pages, images, taxes, and manufacturers, can still be migrated without adding separate Entity Points.
The price changes because the level of work and responsibility is different.
If the actual counted data exceeds your plan, the migration pauses when the available Entity Points run out.
You can upgrade to a higher plan, pay only the price difference, and then continue the migration. Choosing a little extra capacity can also help cover new data created before go-live.
Records already counted under the same service license do not use Entity Points again.
Only new Products, Customers, Orders, and Blog Posts use Entity Points when they are migrated successfully for the first time. You only need enough remaining capacity for those new records.
Add-ons give you a simple way to handle basic customization without building a fully custom migration:
Add-ons work within defined limits. More complex requirements may need Custom Migration.
