You can increase your plan’s data limit, upgrade your service, or add custom work while your license is valid.
You only pay the price difference, and your license expiry date stays the same. Custom work is reviewed and quoted separately.

Your data types and quantities determine the Entity Points total and the plan you need. The price then depends on that plan, your selected service, any paid add-ons, and approved custom work. Use the calculator for an estimate and review the order summary and any custom quote before paying.
Your plan sets the data capacity available, measured in Entity Points. Your service determines how the work is handled: self-service, expert-managed, or customized to your requirements. The same capacity can be used with different services at different prices. Choosing Managed Migration does not automatically increase your data limit.
Each product counts as 1 point, each customer as 0.5, each order as 0.8, and each blog post as 0.6. Multiply each quantity by its rate and add the results to select a plan with sufficient capacity. Other supported standard data, such as categories, coupons, reviews, and CMS pages, is migrated without extra Entity Points or a separate data-type fee. Paid add-ons and custom work remain separate.
No. The starting price is the base amount for the selected data plan, not a complete quote for your requirements. The final price includes the approved custom work and any selected add-ons or expert handling. We confirm the scope and charges with you before carrying out that work.
If the counted data exceeds your plan’s available capacity, upgrade the existing migration to a higher plan. You pay the price difference, not the full price again. Entering a smaller quantity in the calculator does not filter out extra records. Allowing some spare capacity can cover new data added before your final transfer.
Records already migrated successfully and counted under the same purchased migration and source–target path do not consume points again when reprocessed. New products, customers, orders, and blog posts consume points when first migrated successfully. Make sure your plan has enough remaining capacity for those new records.
Add-ons are optional capabilities such as filtering records, transforming values, or advanced field and database mapping where supported. They are charged separately unless expressly included in your package or quote. Available options depend on your migration path. Check the price breakdown before paying; requirements beyond an add-on’s supported scope may need Custom Migration.
Your license is valid for 12 months from purchase. During that time, you can use the purchased migration, run supported repeat transfers within your plan’s capacity, and receive support under the applicable support terms. Upgrades do not extend the expiry date. Renewing access is a separate purchase.
