The team was responsive and communicative with me.
I was nervous about making a mistake or causing problems with the migration, but the team and Jason specifically helped me feel more confident that it would work just fine.
All went well. I had a bit of cleanup work to do with some duplicates, but considering the minimal effort I put into it upfront, it is an easy fix.

It actually worked, great after-sales service as well when we had a small glitch on one of the sites we were migrating.
This was my first time using a cart migrating service. Harry did a great job helping me, and like some people share in other reviews, sometimes it takes a run or two or three to get it all right. In my case, my target site was set to limit the number of requests, so we had to slow down the transfer rate in attempt #2, and had to re-run one more time to catch one more detail. They really do live up to their reputation of great customer service. I will definitely use them again if need be.

Les données gérées par des plugins, les custom tables, les structures non prises en charge ou la logique métier propre à un plugin peuvent nécessiter Custom Service. L’installation ou la configuration du plugin reste séparée de la migration de ses données, sauf inclusion explicite.
Standard Service peut suffire lorsque les produits, variations, clients, commandes, coupons, catégories, tags, médias, CMS Pages, Blog Posts et URL ont une structure claire. Une analyse via Custom Service est plus probable si la boutique dépend d’abonnements, de réservations, de memberships, de règles wholesale, de custom checkout fields, de métadonnées sensibles à HPOS, de données gérées par des plugins, de custom tables ou de références vers des systèmes externes.
