If you are needing to migrate your store/shopping cart - LOOK NO FURTHER.  THIS is a HIDDEN GEM ! … I call them “The Dream Team” … had been struggling for weeks - working with other so called MIGRATION APPS … brought to tears with frustration - … pay them so YOU can do the CSV work ?! - what on earth do manufacturer’s/suppliers know about CSV’s, and especially that are so finicky that NOTHING works right but yet you NEED to migrate your business. For me, there was two 15 year old stores/shopping carts that I needed into 1 Shopify store - 50/50 USD and CAD - with same customers ordering for over 15 years - wholesale and retail … well NEXT-CART did it - and did it PERFECTLY - ALL CUSTOMERS ACCOUNTS AND ORDERS HISTORY WAS PRESERVED !! … and they didn’t bother me with the details - THEY DID IT ALL - and they began working the moment I downloaded the APP - started with the free TEST - I was so impressed I paid for the Full Service VIP - which was the same price or less then the other APPS who were having ME, do all the CSV work. Which Migration Service should I choose?

Choose based on two things: who should run the migration and whether your requirements fit the standard supported scope.

Choose Standard Migration if you want to operate the tool yourself.
Choose Managed Migration if you want Next-Cart technicians to run the supported standard migration for you.
Choose Custom Migration when you need non-standard data, bespoke custom-field handling, app/plugin/extension data, data restructuring, or custom migration logic.

Store size alone does not determine whether you need Custom Migration.

Is Managed Migration more capable than Standard Migration?

For standard migration capability, no. Standard Migration and Managed Migration support the same standard data handling, mappings, configuration options, and Standard Add-ons.

The difference is responsibility: with Standard Migration, you operate the migration; with Managed Migration, Next-Cart carries out the agreed migration actions.

If your requirement goes beyond standard support, it needs Custom Migration rather than simply Managed Migration.

What kinds of requirements need Custom Migration?

Custom Migration is for requirements outside standard support.

Common examples include non-standard data, complex custom-field handling, app/plugin/extension data, non-standard relationships, external-system identifiers, custom migration logic, data restructuring, Custom Platform migration, or Tailored/Custom Add-ons.

The final scope is reviewed and agreed before the custom work is performed.

Can I upgrade my Migration Service or add Add-ons after purchase?

Yes. Standard Migration can be upgraded to Managed Migration or Custom Migration, and Managed Migration can be upgraded to Custom Migration.

You can also purchase supported Add-ons after buying the service.

For upgrades, you pay only the difference between your current service and the new one; tailored requirements are moved into Custom Migration scope.

If Next-Cart runs the migration for me, what do I still need to do?

Even with Managed Migration or Custom Migration, you still need to provide the required store access, confirm the migration scope and any business rules, respond to approvals or questions, and perform the final validation of the migrated data.

Next-Cart can execute and troubleshoot the agreed work, but you remain the final decision-maker on whether the new store meets your business requirements.
