Antes de Full Migration, identifica las URL, CMS Pages, Blog Posts y landing pages más importantes, y define su destino en Shopify y las reglas de redirección. El contenido compatible puede migrarse, pero una navegación heredada compleja o las URL generadas por extensiones pueden requerir planificación adicional. Valida las páginas prioritarias y las redirecciones en Demo Migration y de nuevo antes del go-live.
Los valores compatibles pueden migrarse o reasignarse cuando Shopify tiene un destino compatible. Los datos propiedad de apps, los custom fields no compatibles, los identificadores externos, la lógica de fidelización/wholesale/suscripción u otros comportamientos específicos del origen pueden requerir revisión de Custom Service. La migración de datos no recrea automáticamente la app, el comportamiento del theme, el flujo de checkout ni la integración externa en Shopify.
Shopify utiliza una estructura definida de producto → opción → variante. Si los productos de tu tienda actual encajan claramente en este modelo, Standard Service puede ser suficiente. Las opciones personalizadas, los bundles, la personalización, las suscripciones u otras lógicas de compra pueden requerir Add-ons, configuración/apps en Shopify o Custom Service. Absolutely. Even though Gift Cards are not supported by the Shopify API by default and are not listed as a supported entity, we can customize your migration tool to import Gift Cards into your Shopify store.
Once imported, the Gift Cards will be associated with the respective customers and orders (if they were created by orders).
When a product is migrated, our tool automatically identifies and links it to related products that have also been migrated.
Additionally, we support migrating cross-sell and up-sell product relationships to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Important: To accurately display related products on your storefront, please install the Shopify Search & Discovery app on your Shopify store before initiating the migration process.
Order notifications are disabled by the Shopify API by default, meaning no order confirmations will be sent to your customers during the migration.

In Zen Cart, product images typically follow a specific naming convention when there are multiple images for a single product. The images are named in the format: [name]_[position].[extension]. For example, if a product has three images and the main image is named "shirt.jpg", the images would be named as follows:
Our migration tool is designed to detect and migrate images according to this naming rule. However, some Zen Cart websites are customized to allow flexible naming for product images, which may not follow this convention. In such cases, only the main image will be transferred during the migration, as additional images may not be detected by our standard migration tool.
