Prima di Full Migration, identifica gli URL, le CMS Pages, i Blog Posts e le landing page più importanti, quindi definisci la loro destinazione su Shopify e le regole di redirect. I contenuti supportati possono essere migrati, ma una navigazione legacy complessa o URL generati da estensioni possono richiedere una pianificazione aggiuntiva. Verifica pagine e redirect prioritari in Demo Migration e di nuovo prima del go-live.
I valori supportati possono essere migrati o rimappati quando Shopify dispone di una destinazione compatibile. Dati gestiti da app, custom fields non supportati, identificatori esterni, logiche loyalty/wholesale/abbonamenti o altri comportamenti specifici del negozio di origine possono richiedere una valutazione di Custom Service. La migrazione dei dati non ricrea automaticamente app, comportamento del theme, workflow di checkout o integrazioni esterne in Shopify.
Shopify utilizza una struttura definita prodotto → opzione → variante. Se i prodotti del tuo negozio attuale si adattano chiaramente a questo modello, Standard Service può essere sufficiente. Opzioni personalizzate, bundle, personalizzazione, abbonamenti o altre logiche di acquisto possono richiedere Add-ons, configurazione/app lato Shopify o Custom Service. Usa Demo Migration per testare alcuni dei prodotti più complessi prima di Full Migration.
Absolutely. Even though Gift Cards are not supported by the Shopify API by default and are not listed as a supported entity, we can customize your migration tool to import Gift Cards into your Shopify store.
Once imported, the Gift Cards will be associated with the respective customers and orders (if they were created by orders).
When a product is migrated, our tool automatically identifies and links it to related products that have also been migrated.
Additionally, we support migrating cross-sell and up-sell product relationships to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Important: To accurately display related products on your storefront, please install the Shopify Search & Discovery app on your Shopify store before initiating the migration process.
Order notifications are disabled by the Shopify API by default, meaning no order confirmations will be sent to your customers during the migration.

In Zen Cart, product images typically follow a specific naming convention when there are multiple images for a single product. The images are named in the format: [name]_[position].[extension]. For example, if a product has three images and the main image is named "shirt.jpg", the images would be named as follows:
Our migration tool is designed to detect and migrate images according to this naming rule. However, some Zen Cart websites are customized to allow flexible naming for product images, which may not follow this convention. In such cases, only the main image will be transferred during the migration, as additional images may not be detected by our standard migration tool.
