Do you support data migration from Lightspeed Retail?

Yes. We currently support migrating data from 3 versions of Lightspeed including:

  • Lightspeed eCom
  • Lightspeed Retail (R-Series)
  • Lightspeed Retail (X-Series) a.k.a. Vend

If your version is not in the list, please let us know. We will design a new data migration tool based on your requirements.

If you are going to migrate orders to Shift4Shop, please go to Settings > Store Settings > Checkout and uncheck all settings inside the Order Notification section. It ensures no emails will be sent to your customers during the migration. Don't forget to turn on the notifications settings when the site goes live.
