1. How We Protect Your Information
We store user information on servers configured for security. These servers sit behind Cloudflare's Web Application Firewall (WAF), which helps filter malicious web requests before they reach our systems. Access to personal information is limited to the people and systems that need it to carry out their work.
2. Where Your Information Is Stored
Next-Cart operates its website across server clusters in several countries. We store European users' data in our European server clusters. External providers, including payment and analytics providers, handle the information they receive under their applicable agreements and privacy policies.
3. Information We Collect
We collect different information depending on how you use Next-Cart:
Account and contact information: We collect the details you provide when creating an account or contacting us, such as your name, address and email address.
Purchase and payment information: We process the service you purchased, your order reference, billing details and payment status to identify your order and confirm payment. Section 5 explains how payments are processed.
Technical information: Our systems record information such as your IP address, browser and activity logs to check system operation and investigate issues.
Support and AI Help information: We receive the questions, messages and information you send when requesting help. If you include contact details, store information or personal data in a message, that information also becomes part of your support request.
When using AI Help, describe what you want to do, the Source Platform and Target Platform, the step you are on, the problem you encountered and any error message. You can also describe the steps you have already tried. Remove personal information from error messages or examples before sending them.
Do not send passwords, API access tokens, payment-card details, verification codes, cryptocurrency private keys or recovery phrases to AI Help. Do not paste customer lists, complete order records or other people's personal information into the conversation. If technical support needs store access or a data sample, follow the instructions provided by the support team.
4. Why We Use Your Information
We use your information to verify your identity and access rights, confirm orders and payments, manage your account and Migration, check that the system works correctly and respond to your support requests. If information necessary for an account or transaction is missing, we may be unable to complete the related request. We do not use transferred store records for advertising.
Where GDPR applies, we rely on our contract with you for processing necessary to provide the service. We may rely on legitimate interests to protect the system and manage business contacts, while considering your rights. We process records required by law to fulfill the relevant legal duties. Optional analytics and advertising require your separate consent.
5. How Payments Are Handled
Direct payments are processed through PayPal or NOWPayments. You can also pay by SWIFT bank transfer or Payoneer transfer. The payment provider or bank handles payment processing and the security of its payment environment. Next-Cart uses the transaction information needed to match the payment to your order and confirm its status. Each provider's own terms and privacy policy apply to its handling of your information.
6. Cookies, AI Help and Service Providers
Optional website analysis, advertising and embedded videos are separate from the information needed to run your service. With the relevant consent, we use Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, OpenAI Ads and YouTube as described in the Cookie Policy. You can change or withdraw consent through the cookie settings in the footer. AI Help is an assistance feature; your advertising choices do not authorize advertising use of support conversations or store records.
We share the information needed to provide the relevant service with our hosting, security, payment, communication and support providers. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
7. Data Provided by Partners
Partners provide Next-Cart only with the store connection details, migration settings and data needed to perform the requested Migration. The Data Policy governs how Next-Cart handles that information and its responsibilities to the Partner.
Next-Cart does not ask Partners for separate customer identity or contact information to establish a direct customer relationship. Partners are responsible for their own privacy notices, the lawful collection and sharing of their customers' information, and the authority to instruct Next-Cart. If the records being migrated contain personal data, Next-Cart processes it on the Partner's authorized instructions under the Data Policy and applicable data-processing terms. This Privacy Policy continues to apply to the Partner's own account and contact information.
8. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, and object to processing, including direct marketing. You can withdraw your consent to optional Analytics, Advertising and embedded YouTube videos (External media) at any time through Cookie Settings in the website footer, as explained in the Cookie Policy. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal or processing needed to provide your service under another lawful basis. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority.
Send requests through Contact Sales or [email protected]. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity and will respond within applicable legal time limits. For personal data in store records that we process only on the store operator's instructions, contact that operator; we assist it under applicable instructions and law. These rights do not depend on purchasing or renewing a Migration.
9. Who is Responsible and Policy Updates
Next-Cart is the legal entity responsible for personal information used for its own account, billing and website activities. When handling store records only on a customer's instructions, Next-Cart acts as a processor, or subprocessor where applicable, under the relevant data-processing terms. We update this policy when our practices change, state its effective date and provide notice or obtain new consent where required.
