The number of entities is the number of distinct entities (products, customers, orders) that are assumed to be processed through our system every month. For the product sync service, it will be the total number of products you have. For the product forwarding service, it will be the number of new products created per month.

For example, you want to update the inventory of 3000 products and forward new orders to your online store daily, the number of orders per month does not exceed 1000. So the number of distinct entities per month would be 4000, giving you an option of 5000 entities to select from.

You can choose to sync your data hourly, daily, weekly or monthly.

We only support real-time updates between 2 websites. This feature is limited to certain source platforms, including Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Magento, PrestaShop, Shift4Shop/3dcart, OsCommerce, OpenCart, Zen Cart, AmeriCommerce. Therefore, when you update inventory or add a new product on the source site, that product will be updated on your destination site immediately.

There is no sync rate limit for all sync services.

However, the sync speed might be impacted by many factors such as data volume, shopping cart limits.

Yes. We support 3 types of data sync: File-to-Site, Site-to-Site and Site-to-File.

The synchronization tool supports 1-way synchronization. It can be either File-to-Site, Site-to-Site or Site-to-File.

We accept all file formats. The data synchronization tool will be customized to your data feed.

We support data synchronization to all platforms listed in the Migration Tools page. In addition, we also support other platforms upon specific request.

If you detect any issue or want to make any updates during the service, please submit a ticket from your dashboard. Our technicians will take up and solve the problem as soon as possible.

If you do not want to continue using the Data Sync service, you can cancel your subscription and stop the payment renewal at any time at your Account Dashboard > Subscriptions.

You can upgrade/downgrade your service plan at any time from your Account Dashboard > Subscriptions.

When switching to a new plan, you don't need to pay anything until the next payment is due.

Perfect - Migration blog posts shopware to wordpress
Our goal was to migrate blog posts with meta tags, images, coments etc. from shopware to wordpress. It worked great from the start. After the first migration I noticed some details that I wanted to change, like the folder structure for the images in the target website. Also the migration tool needed some adjustments so that german special characters would be migrated in post URLs exactly as they were in the source store. So I contacted the support and they changed the settings and everything worked to complete satisfaction. Also, support was very fast, on point and friendly.It did exactly what I hoped for. To be honest, I did not think that a migration would be that easy. Great tool, great support. I recommend it.
