Can you migrate special characters?

The migration tool supports migrating special characters including symbols and non-alphabetic characters (Latin, Greek, Arabic, Chinese, etc). However, in some cases, special characters may be encoded and not displayed properly on your new site (error characters). To fix this problem, we just need to convert these characters to a compatible character encoding.
