Migrating downloadable products will require additional manual work because the downloadable files are large and cannot be transferred over HTTP protocol. The process will consist of 2 steps:
- First, the product information will be transferred to your target store via our migration tool.
- Then, the downloadable files will be manually copied to your target store via SSH.
The link between downloadable files – products – orders will be preserved after the migration is complete.
