How do I whitelist the migration system’s IP on Cloudflare?

If your website is protected by Cloudflare, you may need to whitelist our migration system’s IP address to ensure a smooth connection between your source store and our migration tool. Here’s how you can do it:

Step 1: Log in to Cloudflare

  1. Go to Cloudflare Dashboard and log in to your account.
  2. Select the domain where your store is hosted.

Step 2: Add an IP Allow Rule

  1. In the left-hand menu, go to Security → WAF (Web Application Firewall).
  2. Click on Tools or Firewall Rules (depending on your Cloudflare plan).
  3. Add our migration system’s IP addresses under the IP Access Rules section: 108.61.242.166, 108.61.197.143, 45.32.115.250.

Step 3: Disable Bot Protection (If Necessary)

If Cloudflare’s Bot Protection is enabled, it may block automated requests from our migration tool. To prevent this:

  1. Go to Security → Bots.
  2. If Bot Fight Mode is enabled, consider disabling it or adding an exception for our IPs.

Once done, our migration system should be able to connect to your store without any restrictions. If you need any assistance, please feel free to contact our support team.
