If you want to migrate data from the extensions on the current site to the new site, you will need to use our VIP Support Service (Migration Customization). You can also select the Migration Customization service as an option when you purchase the migration tool.
The price for moving data from 1 extension is $50. The total price for the Migration Customization service will be calculated based on the number of extensions you want to move data from.
After you purchase the migration tool with the Migration Customization service, please submit a ticket from your Account Dashboard. Our technicians will check the extensions on your current site, then customize the migration tool accordingly.
