By default, customer notifications are disabled during the migration. If order confirmations are still being sent to the customers, please disable the Storefront API from the custom app (private app) you’ve created.
When orders are being migrated to your Shopify store, the admin users will receive email notifications. You can disable it in Settings > Notifications > Staff order notifications.
