Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan after purchase?

You can upgrade/downgrade the plan of the Data Synchronization Service at any time from your dashboard:

  1. Go to your Account Dashboard > Subscriptions and select the subscription you want to upgrade/downgrade.
  2. Click on the button Change plan and finish the process.

When switching to a new plan, you don’t need to pay anything until the next payment is due.

*Note: This instruction is for the Data Synchronization Service. If you want to upgrade the Entity Limit of your Migration Service, please follow this guide.
