There are 3 ways to view and reply to your tickets:
- Via Next-Cart website: from your dashboard overview page, you can view the tickets’ statuses and reply to them.
*Note: the email of your account must be the same email you used to send the tickets. - Via Next-Cart Helpdesk: at the Helpdesk portal, you have full permissions to view/reply/close your tickets.
*Note: to access the Helpdesk portal, from the website’s main menu, select Support > Helpdesk. - Via email: all updates in the tickets will be forwarded to your email. From your mailbox, you can view and reply to the tickets.
