I didn’t get any response on my ticket?

Guaranteed response period is 24 hour. Typically, you will get response in a few minutes if the ticket is submitted during our working hours. We never ignore your tickets.

There is only 1 reason for your failure to receive our response on your email: you entered a wrong email. If it’s the email you used to sign up for your Next-Cart account, you can log in to your account and view/reply the ticket and all updates on it.

We strongly recommend you register an account or check your email address carefully before submitting your ticket.
