I didn’t get any response on my ticket?

Guaranteed response period is 24 hours. Typically, you will get response in a few minutes if the ticket is submitted during our working hours. We never ignore your tickets.

If you do not receive any response, please check the issues below:

  • You entered a wrong email.
  • The response emails are sent to your Spam folder.

You can log in to your account and view and reply to your tickets.

*Note: sometimes, the notification email is sent to your Spam folder. To make sure the email will not be sent to your Spam folder, please whitelist our email domain @next-cart.com.
