What are your customer support channels?

  • Live Chat: 7:00 am to 11:00 pm (GMT +7). Monday – Sunday (The messages received out of office hours will be collected and best efforts will be made to answer / action the message).
  • Tickets: Monitored from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm (GMT +7). Monday – Sunday (The tickets received outside of office hours will be collected, however, no action can be guaranteed until the next working day).
