There are 2 ways to check and reply to your ticket:
- Via Next-Cart website: If you already have registered an account at Next-Cart, you can view/check/reply to all your sent tickets at Account Dashboard. Please note that the email of your account must be the same email you used to send the ticket.
- Via email: All updates in the ticket will be redirected to your email. You can check and respond to it directly in your email.
