Kitconnect does not work after it has been uploaded

Firstly, please look through the common issues with kitconnect. Maybe you can find a solution to your problem.

Sometimes, the web server doesn’t have permissions to read and execute uploaded files and folders. After uploading the kitconnect package, please correct its permissions by:

• Changing the permission of the kitconnect_xxx folder to 755
• Changing the permission of the kitconnect.php file to 644

These values may vary depending on your web server, you could check them on existing files and folders to ensure proper permissions.
