- For cloud shopping carts using API connection: You may not have granted the necessary data access permissions to the API you created. Please ensure that the API has permission to read the required data (e.g., products, customers, orders) from your Source Store.
- For cloud shopping carts using file upload: You may have skipped uploading the required files during the Setup step of the migration process. These files are essential for the tool to read and process data from your Source Store.
